Leadership in Digital Transformation

Leading in a digital context means harnessing the potential of technology to reinforce the essence of leadership: clear purpose, team engagement and swift action. This program offers a practical and focused approach to team leaders' challenges using digital tools (such as artificial intelligence, collaborative platforms or data analysis) to enhance the “moments that count”: define a path, track performance, promote development, foster trust and decide in uncertain scenarios.
In short, integrate the achievement of results with more humane and intentional leadership.
Throughout four practical missions, participants will develop specific and transferable skills, directly applicable in their professional context. Each mission will focus on a pivotal leadership moment, combining daily challenges with the strategic use of technology to create an action-oriented learning experience that is applicable and promotes continuous development.
Inspire the team around a clear and mobilising purpose, and define and track objectives using frameworks such as OKRs (objectives and key results), as well as digital platforms that reinforce focus, autonomy and transparency.
Track employee performance and development through practices such as continuous and constructive feedback, with the support of digital tools that extend the frequency, personalisation and usefulness of these interactions.
Create a psychologically secure and active listening environment that enhances empathy and presence through appropriate digital channels, even in remote or hybrid contexts.
Co-build personal development goals based on employees’ strengths, with the support of digital learning tools and emerging technologies such as AI assisted coaching.
Develop the ability to promote autonomous and informed decisions within the team, supported by relevant data and digital tools, facilitating structured problem analysis and the design of collaborative solutions.
This program is suitable for:
Team leaders and coordinators;
Intermediate officers in organisations that are undergoing digitalisation processes or cultural change;
Leaders seeking to integrate technology with humanity and combine performance with development.
Students must have access to a ChatGPT account or similar application (Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Deepseek, etc.). The free version is suitable.
