Flipped learning

Our methodology reverses the traditional class logic. Rather than having the teacher explain the subject to the whole class, followed by participants studying and furthering their knowledge and individually resolving exercises or problems, our missions propose that participants start by completing ASYNCHRONOUS learning activities. Only afterwards do they participate in a SYNCHRONOUS class (face-to-face or by videoconference) to clarify issues, discuss ideas, solve problems and explore applications – activities in which the teacher's knowledge and experience can add more value than merely providing information on the topic.
